We believe and affirm the Bible as the Word of God, written by men of God, who were inspired, and guided by the Holy Spirit. The Bible has many copies in its original text, including the Dead Sea Scrolls, which date back 2,000 years. The New Testament has over 5,000 manuscripts and fragments, from the original text. The scripture is the living and infallible Word of God; therefore, we accept it as immutable and unchangeable, Genesis 1:1-10, Genesis 1;28, John 1:1-3. As such it serves as our guide for conduct and doctrine. John 6:63, 2 Timothy 3:16-17, 1 Thessalonians 2:13; 2 Peter 1:21, 2 Peter 1:19, Psalm 119:130, Psalm 1:2-3.
